Terms of use

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between your business and Nandi Solution Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") for the use of Nandi Account. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms for yourself and for the company you register. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Your account

  • Give correct details and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • The person who registers a company is its owner and decides who else can join and what they can do.
  • Tell us at once at info@nandisolutions.com if you think someone else has used your account.

Free trial

A new company may start with a free trial. The length of the trial is shown when you sign up. When the trial ends, you need a paid plan to keep adding entries. Your data is not deleted: you can still view and export it.

Plans and payment

  • Plans differ by the number of users, branches and features. The current plans and prices are shown on our website or given to you by us in writing.
  • You pay by a method we accept, such as a bank transfer. A payment counts once we have confirmed it.
  • If a payment is late, your company becomes read-only: you can view and export your books, but you cannot add or change entries until the payment is confirmed.
  • Prices may change. We tell you before a new price applies to your next period.

Fair use

You must not:

  • use the service for anything illegal, such as fake invoices or hiding income;
  • try to see another company's data or get around our security;
  • upload harmful files or use the service to send spam;
  • copy, resell or take apart the software;
  • put so much load on the service that it becomes slow for others.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell you first.

Your data

The accounting records of your company belong to your company. We use them only to run the service for you, as our privacy policy explains. You can export your books at any time.

When you leave

You can close your account at any time. Export your data before you close it. After the account is closed, we keep and then delete the data as our privacy policy explains.

Tax filings and electronic billing

Nandi Account helps you prepare VAT, TDS and other records, but your company stays responsible for its own tax returns, payments and filings with the Inland Revenue Department. Check the figures before you file them.

If you use electronic billing, you must follow the Inland Revenue Department rules that apply to your business. Being built for these rules does not mean that Nandi Account is approved by the Inland Revenue Department, unless we tell you so in writing.

Service availability

We work to keep the service running and backed up, but we cannot promise that it will never stop. We may pause it for maintenance, and we try to tell you in advance.

Limits of our responsibility

In plain words:

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by wrong entries, late filings or decisions made using the figures in the service.
  • We are not responsible for problems caused by events we cannot control, such as power cuts, internet failures or government orders.
  • If we are responsible for a loss, the most we pay is the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the problem.

Nothing in these terms removes a responsibility that Nepal law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date on this page shows the latest version. For important changes, we tell account owners before the change applies, and you may need to accept the new terms the next time you sign in.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. We will first try to settle any disagreement by talking with you. If that does not work, the courts of Nepal will decide.
